Artemisia Lomi or Artemisia Gentileschi (US/ˌɛntɪˈlɛski, -tˈ-/,[arteˈmiːzja dʒentiˈleski]; July 8, 1593 –  1656) was an Italian  painter, today considered one of the most accomplished painters following the death of .
